Hello Anees. Thank you for your question. EmotivPRO is a subscription license with unlimited recording features. You can save as many files as you need as long as you have a valid PRO license.  EmotivPRO  – our integrated EEG recording & analysis software allowing:
    – Record in real-time: Measure and record your brain activity in real-time including raw EEG, and our machine learning algorithms identifying your brain’s Performance Metrics.
    – Store data securely: Store, share and analyze EEG data anywhere by saving it to our secured cloud. We fully comply with GDPR, California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and use industry-standard encryption to ensure the privacy of your data.
    – Mark events: Define and insert timed markers into the data stream.
    – Analyze data better: Customize and view frequency data with automatic FFT and power band graphs.

You can refer to this video to see how the data present in the EmotivPRO software https://www.youtube.<wbr />com/watch?v=Ean0Cli_PaY

Hope this helps. If you have other questions, please let us know.

Hello Max. Thank you for your post.  For the headset to work, it requires the two reference sensors to be connected to a human. When the headset is turned on but not on a wearer’s head, clearly this condition is not met and the electronics float on the room noise, which can be huge! EEG signals are measured in microvolts – that is, one-millionth of a volt. Any object in a normal 21st Century room oscillates in synch with the electrical power circuits, transformers, motors, power supplies, phones, wireless transmitters of all kinds and also massive electrostatic signals. The scale of these variations is huge – electrostatic signals can be 20,000 volts without any problem, room pickup can be several volts. All of these signals mashup in the electronics and generate random noise in the circuits which can’t be canceled unless our noise circuits are properly connected. Unfortunately, the thing about random noise is that it tends to look a lot like just about anything else at some time or other, so the contact quality detectors will sometimes fire up randomly as well and the application will show activity. The headset will work perfectly when fitted, but randomly when the noise cancellation circuit is disconnected. It is not a sign of a faulty headset. Every known EEG system including $60,000 medical units will behave the same way.

Hello Girard, Thank you for your post.  Please refer to this link for the picture on how to pack the INSIGHT headset in its case – https://emotiv.gitbook.io/insight-manual/quick-start/package-contents.  The other accessories can fit in the mesh pocket in the case. You do not need to pull out the sensors but you will disassemble the headband into two parts.  Hope this helps. If you need anything else, please let us know.

Hello Jordan.  Thank you for your question.
<div data-snippet-id=”1367734″>The EQ map is measuring the quality of the brain signal for each sensor, and it takes into account movement, noise, signal amplitude, and many other parameters that make it much more sensitive. It is totally normal for the EQ to flicker and it DOES take time for the signal to settle, so adjust each sensor individually, sit still and wait patiently for 3-5 seconds. If the signal flickers green at any point, it’s likely the signal is good, but it is imperative to sit still to see if it maintains the green.</div>
    <div></div>
<div>It is expected that the EQ signal will flicker – this is an indication that we are detecting movement, noise, or other interferences that mean the brain signal is not perfect. To reiterate, it behaves very differently to CQ and it is NOT expected to remain steady at all moments in the recording, particularly if people are not sitting still.</div>
    <div></div>
<div>If your sensors remain orange or red, ensure your hair is out of the way, the sensor is touching the scalp and there is enough prime fluid, gel, or saline solution.</div>
    <div></div>
<div>You can refer to this link for more information about our CQ and EQ. If you have any additional questions in the meantime, feel free to let me know!</div>

Hello Liu.  Thank you for your question.  Kindly provide more information about what you are trying to achieve with EmotivPRO.  Active subscriptions of EmotivPRO software license have data exporting features. You can download the raw data to your local drive as .edf or .csv file format.  The EmotivPRO LITE license does not have the data export feature.  Looking forward to your follow-up.

Hello Dong.  Thank you for your post.   We have recently updated on python example. We have removed the async example and replaced new one (https:<wbr />/<wbr />/github<wbr />.com<wbr />/Emotiv<wbr />/cortex<wbr />-v2<wbr />-example<wbr />/pull<wbr />/173) . Kindly try with the latest python example on master branch.
