I am reaching out for technical assistance regarding the Epoc X, as I am experiencing persistent issues with the EEG signal. While I am able to connect the device successfully and achieve 100% contact quality, the EEG signal quality remains at zero. Despite multiple fresh installations of the firmware via both USB and Bluetooth, the device becomes unresponsive unexpectedly.Would it be possible to escalate this matter to the appropriate hardware/software support team for further troubleshooting? I would greatly appreciate any guidance, diagnostic steps, or potential solutions you could provide.
