My device has a sensor issue, and I’ve only had it for a month. Initially, I was able to connect to all the sensors, but now one of them shows constantly fluctuating contact quality that never stabilizes. I’ve cleaned the sensor and tried the thumb test, but it still doesn’t work.
Is Emotiv has repair store at any location? Where can I send my device to if I want to repair the Emotiv device?
