EMOTIV Insight Sensor Problem

Hi,

My device has the sensor problem, one of the sensor cannot get signal. In fact, my device sensor still not work even I try to clean it, or use thumb test.

Is Emotiv has repair store at any location? Where can I send my device to if I want to repair the Emotiv device?
