hi, i want to know that if my license is expired and downgrade to lite, what’s going to happen to my data i have recorded？ Are them still store online or will be deleted soon？ And how can i get them？ Will be free or not？ Thanks so much!
Hello Jiang, Thank you for your question. The data export/download is not available in PRO Lite version. Your recordings will still be stored in your software but you can only download once you have and active subscription.
