Time-stamping EEG data

Hello community. I am attempting to write a matlab script for presentation of stimuli to my Flex system, though I can get time-stamps to appear of the active recording, I cannot successfully import the EEG data with these timestamps on the waveforms to EEGLAB. Does anyone have any advice or had any success with this?
