I previously purchased a EmotivPRO Student (Monthly) license, but my classmate logged into my account and mistakenly upgraded the license to a standard-monthly license, and the status of this standard license is “Pending Cancellation”. My Emotiv account is currently unable to use EmotivPro. My classmate used my bundled credit card to purchase the standard license without my consent, which made me feel helpless. I am a student with no income, and $60.96 is my living expenses for two weeks. Therefore, I want to cancel the standard license and maintain the student(Monthly) license, request a refund of $60.96.
