Hi everyone,
I purchased the EPOC X in mid-July. I received the initial order confirmation email right away, but I have not had a single update since.
I tried contacting support through the website multiple times, but no one has responded. I understand that shipping can be delayed, but the complete lack of response makes it impossible to know what is going on.
Has anyone who ordered around June or July received their product yet?
If I can’t get any update from support soon, should I just contact my credit card company to dispute the charge?
