    Hey,
    I’m trying to connect to my headset with the Emotiv cortex API example (GitHub) and I get the following order:

    “Device limit on this license has been reached”

     

    I’m already logged out from every other PC ever was connected to this user (license) but I still get this error.

    What should I do? I can’t access the real-time raw data.

    Hello David,  thank you for your question. Per EMOTIV account, you can install EMOTIV software on one computer – this is the device limit.  We have other software licenses where you can increate you device allowance but for the open-sourced free version, you can only install on one computer.  We can reset your device allowance. Please contact support@emotiv.com so we can further assist.
