Hello,
For a few days now, I have problems with the AF4 sensor, which I never had before… I don’t receive any data, (e.g about contact/eeg quality)… I tried using a different sensors for AF4 but the issue remained… I also know this link https://www.emotiv.com/knowledge-base/how-do-i-clean-the-insight-headset-and-sensors/ for cleaning the sensors, and I tried cleaning them but unfortunately without any success… I was thinking about cleaning the contact between the sensor and the headset, but was unsure how to clean it…. Can I clean it with e.g liquid isopropanol? And does anybody have any other advice for this issue?

If the AF4 sensor is still not responding, you can test the functionality of Insight headset by using the thumb-bridge test – https://www.emotiv.com/knowledge-base/what-is-the-thumb-bridge-troubleshooting-test-for-insight-headset-functionality/. If the sensor is not responsive, please email us a video showing you doing the Thumb-bridge test and show us the contact quality page as well. You can email us at support@emotiv.com.
