Hello! I am facing the same problem. My EEG quality is between 8 and 25 percent, despite the 100% of contact quality. I tried to use an extended usb cable bbecause my laptop has a built-in bluetooth adapter but the problem remains. Is there any possibility that too much moisture in the contact sponges can cause this problem? I am asking that, because our device (Epoc+) had two years since it was used for the last time. So i had to moist the sponges a lot in order to bring them back to their previous functionality. Please give me an advice because it is really crucial for my experiment.
