Hello Emotiv Support Team,
My name is Júlio Lage, and I am a user of the Emotiv Epoc+ 1.1. I am having difficulties connecting my device to the Bluetooth dongle. Although both appear in the Bluetooth settings on my notebook, they do not automatically recognize each other.
Here are some details that may help with the diagnosis:
Device model: Emotiv Epoc+ 1.1
Operating system: Windows 11
Issues encountered: The Bluetooth dongle is recognized, but it does not connect to the Emotiv headset.
