I wanted to know what resolution the raw data has.
Because depending on the type of subscription you pay for, you can access data at 0.1Hz or 2Hz.

      But my question is:
is that resolution used only for the performance metrics (those graphs the app displays about stress and attention), or does it affect the raw data?

        Hi Misino,

The resolution only applies specifically to Performance metrics. Currently, we offer two types: low-resolution Performance metrics at 0.1 Hz, and high-resolution Performance metrics at 2 Hz

Thanks for answering, but I have more questions. Regarding the Hz subdivisions of the data.

Upon investigation, I found that the standards used in the scientific community to divide the bands into Theta, Alpha, Beta, and Gamma (with subdivisions for Lows and Highs) don’t match the Hz ranges used by default in the Emotiv Pro Analyzer application.

Is there a specific reason why Emotiv uses different Hz ranges?
Is there any documentation I can read to guide me on this?
