Impossible to have access to my EmotivPro license on my laptop

Here is the problem: I subscribed to the EmotivPro standard license today. I am unable to access it. In the launcher, it is written EmotivPro Standard: Active Device: 0/1.

I don’t know how to activate it on the computer. In my order history, the order is paid, but unfulfilled.
