emotivpro analyzer always log in loop

Hello，I met a problem, when I use cloud analyzer to process recordings, after I launch analyzer and login in, I successfully entered analyzer page，however，a second later, the page automatic redirect to login in page loop. Can anyone solve this problem. My license is student.
