I am a relatively fresh PhD student and wish to conduct EEG experiments, trying to measure cognitive load / information overload in participants. After having collected the raw EEG data from participants, how exactly should I go about the relevant feature extraction? What are the relevant features in your oppionion? I have read about alpha wave desynchronization being associated with increasing cognitive load. Thanks for your help and kind regards,
