Forum Hardware Insight Emotiv Insight connection timeout

      I have two Emotiv Insight headsets.

      One on FW: V0x925 and one on FW: V0x926

      The headset that is on FW: V0x926 gives me this error:

      “Headset cannot be connected due to connection timeout.”

      The other headset works.

      Did the firmware update brick the headset?

Thank you for your question.  Please contact our support team at hello@emotiv.com so we can better assist you.  Please provide more details about your headset, like the order number and serial number, and how you were connecting your headset to the software when this error occured.  We look forward to your follow-up.
