Hello Anyone using the equipment I am using: Epoc Flex 32 electrodes saline? I am able to get all green on contact map but have a 0% for contact quality. Sadly, the searches for info with the AI support and technical materials says the same thing. Soak the felt pads. I promise my pads are soaked! 1) Have I pressed the pads in too deeply? I’ve also seen a post on how to install the silicone skirt but there image differs from my reality.
