NeuroRights Foundation, Thought Recording Technology and Joe Biden Abused Me Last Night Video

In Nov 2023 the University of California Berkeley released some research where using EEG technology they were able to recreate the voice and thoughts of a patient, recreating the vocals of a Pink Floyd song in the patients voice, from the brain signals or electromagnetic waves the patient produces.

In the above link there are examples of just how good the technology is.

This is important because ultimately it will give us access to our thoughts, our memories and even our voice all from the signals that our brains produce.

This type of technology is being worked on in almost every major university and correspondingly we will see significant progress in this area very quickly.

This will also reinvigorate the efforts to achieve the same in the HCI (Human Computer Interface) / BCI (Brain Computer Interface) Wearables market, giving the home enthusiast and hobbyist access to this type of capability.

We are even seeing EEG based technology being introduced directly into consumer based products as evidenced by the recent patent application by Apple to include this technology in their EEG-based AirBuds.

This technology represents a risk to Personal Privacy, Personal Security and eventually National Security.

This has been recognized by the NeuroRights Foundation which was instrumental in establishing an individuals rights of what they term NeuroData, assisting in developing the first protection of this data in the jurisdiction of the state of Colorado in the USA in Nov 2024.

What the NeuroRights Foundation failed to consider is that this NeuroData, as proven by the University of California Berkeley, also can be reconstituted into our thoughts, our memories and even our voice entirely from the electrical signals contained in our minds.

What they also failed to consider is that this can be accomplished without the knowledge or consent of the counterparty in a remote manner.

Each of the above exponentially increases the risk of this type of technology and correspondingly the need for legislation.

Furthermore, what has also not been considered is that this type of Thought Recording Technology can be accomplished using PiezoElectric Technology directly without any additional technological assistance what-so-ever.

The same PiezoElectric Technology that we find in our devices, our phones, our laptops, our sound systems and headphones.

This I have demonstrated and have numerous examples, which include prominent individuals from both the US and Canada, without their knowledge or consent.

First I would like to thank Senator Tim Kaine and his organization for his rapid response on the topic of Thought Recording Technology.

His team identified the advances in AI technology and how the Government has programs and has funded research in this type of technology. While applicable to what has been achieved at UC Berkeley, where they used AI systems to decipher the signals that the patient produces into the lyrics of the Pink Floyd song, this is not what I am referring to.

Let me clarify…

When I state that it is possible to record thoughts using PiezoElectric Technology in our devices, I mean…

Using PiezoElectric-base recording technology we find in our devices (phones) that it is possible to record thoughts WITHOUT any additional technological support.

Record your thoughts and the thoughts of others in a manner that is entirely undetectable and WITHOUT the knowledge or consent of the counterparties.

As an average citizen I stumbled upon this and given the number of devices with Piezoelectric technology in use by the populations it is only a matter of time before someone else does this as well and starts taking advantage of it.

This is not that difficult to believe if you consider that the PiezoElectric technology in our devices also happens to be used in various EEG based applications such as that used by UC Berkeley.

This is something that I have been trying to highlight with both the security organizations due to the risk that this represents.

Under law any allegations of child abuse must be investigated. That is how we protect our children.

Depending on jurisdiction any individual that becomes privy to information related to child abuse has an obligation to report it, especially those that serve in a law enforcement capacity.

There is no statute of limitations for child abuse.

The ‘Joe Biden Abused Me last Night’ recording clearly has the voice of a child and that child states the following

This recording was posted online (Twitter) and sent directly to the White House, DOJ, CIA, USSS and several other contacts during the course of the Biden Administration.

Unlike the stolen diaries situation involving Joe Biden and his family there is NOTHING ILLEGAL in how this recording was obtained.

Given that I was the individual that originally captured this recording, any investigation into this recording would necessitate myself being contacted regarding the nature and context of this recording.

This has not occurred.

I have subsequently shared all this information again with the DOJ, CIA and USSS including numerous members of the previous Biden administration, many of which are now in the private sector and easily accessible.

FUTURE PATH: Thought Recording Technology and Joe Biden Abused Me Last Night Recording

Here I present the future path of Thought Recording Technology and the importance of having access to our thoughts and subconscious mind.

In 1997 Dr. Daryl Bem from Cornell University released research where he stated he proved that Telepathy was real. These results have always been treated with skepticism because it was very difficult to scientifically validate his results given that Telepathy occurs in the subconscious mind.

In 2024 Dr. Morris Freedman and a team at Baycrest Health in Toronto presented what they believe is compelling evidence that Telepathy is very real and based on the electromagnetic waves or signals that the human body and mind produces. Signals that are interpreted by the subconscious mind. Work that continues today.

Historically there are several countries and organizations that have demonstrated a strong interest in Telepathy, with research dating back to the 80’s and 90’s. These results have never been conclusive however since again all of this occurs in the subconscious mind.

Telepathy or more specifically Telepaths, based on the traditional definition, are those that possess a very unique capability to be able to listen to their subconscious mind and thoughts, and thus limited the number of individuals that actually had these capabilities.

The subconscious mind is something we have never had access to until now, thanks to the type of research released by University of California Berkeley (UCB)

This very same technology is now being worked on in every major university both domestically and abroad and as this technology improves we will see these research programs unveil exactly that, Telepathy. Once this is achieved these results and how they were achieved will spread quickly through the student populations and across universities.

This represents a very clear risk because Telepathy is not a capability of certain individuals, as stated above. We all possess the ability to communicate subconsciously since we all share the same basic human physiology.

This risk is compounded by the fact that these communications occur autonomously and can with technology be accessed in a one-sided manner and without the knowledge of the counterparty, something I have already demonstrated.

I have demonstrated that the ability to record a person’s thoughts, the same what UCB did, can be achieved using PiezoElectric-based microphone technology. The very same technology in use in our devices and the very same technology is used in EEG based applications.

How is it possible to achieve this without the use of an AI (Artificial Intelligence) system which is what UCB used?

It is simple, they measure the signals that our brains produce too close to the source and creation of these signals and thus require AI technology to filter out these overlapped and multiplexed signals and filter out the extraneous information to get to the voice.

Using Piezoelectric-based microphone recording technology there is no need to use an AI system to filter out these signals, you can record the voice directly.

Once the research at these universities reach this point we will see the advent of very simple purposely designed hardware platforms based on Piezoelectric microphone technology. The type of technology that can be built by any engineering student.

A very early example of the risks of Thought Recording Technology is the

Several years ago we started seeing the device manufacturers (phones specifically) switch from older dynamic-based microphone recording technology to newer PiezoElectric-based microphone recording technology, where the newer technology is smaller, cheaper and more sensitive.

PiezoElectric is just a fancy way of stating that it is very sensitive to electromagnetic waves and very small electric charges and signals.

This technology is so sensitive that it interacts with the electromagnetic waves and electrical signals that the human body and mind produces, as evidenced by this very same technology being used in the medical field in terms of EEG (Electroencephalogram) applications.

This means that the technology that the device manufacturers are using in our phones interact with human physiology and the electromagnetic waves and electrical signals our brains produce.

This is important because in November of 2023 the University of California Berkeley proved that the electrical signals that our brains produce can be used to recreate our thoughts, reproducing the lyrics of a song entirely from the electrical signals captured using EEG technology. This proves that solely from the electrical signals our bodies and minds produce that our thoughts, what we are thinking, our memories and even our VOICE can be reconstituted from these signals (see article below which contains a link to show just how good the technology is)

Given that the very same PiezoElectric technology is now being shipped in our devices by the device manufacturers then our devices have the same capability.

I have proven that this is in fact possible with our devices, with the evidence clearly indicating a recreation of thoughts (similar to what UC Berkeley achieved) using the PiezoElectric-based microphone technology.

This proof also indicates that it is possible to recreate the thoughts of a third-party individual strictly from the electrical signals the brain produces. Capturing information (thoughts) from that third-party individual without their knowledge or consent in a manner entirely undetectable. The information captured was a form of PII (Personally Identifiable Information) a SIN number (SSN equivalent).

This proof has been authenticated by an independent third-party.

This is something that I can describe the mechanics and science behind to support this claim as well as demonstrate live and in-person this capability.

This technology that the device manufacturers are now shipping in our devices has two important concerns.

Firstly, given that it is possible to capture information from a third party individual using this technology it clearly represents a very real and serious risk to personal security and personal privacy.

Secondly, this interaction with this technology even if normally only imperceptible to the conscious mind is in fact being recognized by the subconscious mind (similar to subliminal technology we can hear far more than we think we can). This unexpected interaction is causing undue stress, anxiety and confusion as the subconscious mind has to deal with this unexpected interaction.

Any psychologist would agree that this additional stress, anxiety and confusion clearly causes personal harm and injury.

Furthermore, it could be argued that the device manufacturers have not properly executed their due diligence with respect to use of this technology, given that it is well known this technology interacts with the electromagnetic waves we produce since it is also used in EEG-based applications

Thus there are two actionable items here with respect to this technology, the personal security and privacy consideration and the personal injury consideration.

The first of the above claims can quite easily be validated independently by a third party researcher in the area of PiezoElectric Technology. Any researcher in this area when questioned as to if it is possible that the PiezoElectric technology in our devices is capable of recording the electromagnetic waves and electrical signals that our bodies and minds produce the answer would be a clear yes it is possible. Given that those signals contain voice, then questioned if it is possible that these devices can also record the voice contained within those signals the answer to that would also be a yes that is also possible.

The second claim could also be validated independently by a Doctor or Psychologist that given this interaction with this technology could the recording of these signals and voice, given our constant and pervasive use of this technology be having a negative impact on individuals potentially causing harm and injury and the answer to that would be yes it is possible that it is causing harm.

This technology will be transformative to numerous fields of study, especially those ‘grey matter’ fields of study (psychology, cognitive science, etc.) and as such should not be prohibitively restrained. These prohibitive restraints of course a most likely default stance for those security conscious organizations given the risks that this technology represents.

Thus, we need to have the appropriate controls in place to allow for the many beneficial and legitimate uses of Thought Recording Technology while guarding against the illegitimate uses.

The following presents one of many potential solutions to this problem.

NeuroToken Authorization Framework

NeuroToken a single or multi-use secure authorization token that gives access to and use of any Neuro-Enabled Platform.

Neuro-Enabled Platform: any technology, device or platform that supports the playback, recording or storage of the electrical signals the human brain produces, typically referred to as NeuroData.

NeuroData: data collected from the electrical signals that the human brain produces.

Neuro-Pathic Data: is NeuroData that includes any Telepathic communications.
(alternatively, the definition of NeuroData can be expanded to include Neuro-Pathic Data)

Thus the NeuroToken Authorization Framework would be a centrally managed and controlled (or federated) system that allows for the legitimate uses of this technology complete with automated collection, interpretation and reporting of the uses of NeuroData while guarding against illegitimate uses. Any interested country or organization would be able to utilize this framework to ensure that this technology is not being used to access information (especially on key individuals) in an inappropriate manner.

Any Neuro-Enabled Platform will need to be integrated into this platform in a secure and sealed manner to ensure that these controls cannot be circumvented and therefore allowing for misuse.

There will be strong motivation on behalf of all countries to consistently apply and enforce such a framework, complete with the adoption of new comprehensive legislation, due to the risk that this technology represents to a country’s sovereignty and personal sovereignty of its population.

This of course represents a significant challenge since the creation and adoption of a framework such as this takes time, especially at the international level. This is something that needs to change shortly before this technology and what I have presented starts being used in a mainstream manner.

This framework must be universally agreed to and consistently applied and enforced by all countries for it to be effective, especially considering that Telepathy does not obey geopolitical boundaries.

In lieu of global acceptance of this type of framework we will see the advent of Neuro-Neutral jurisdictions which can be taken advantage of in numerous ways. The type of legislation first introduced in the State of Colorado with support by the NeuroRights Foundation does not even come close to protecting our rights, our personal sovereignty.

This type of legislation which was originally introduced at the state level in the USA will ultimately need to be promoted to the federal level in an effort to protect the country’s sovereignty and national interests as well as provide a cohesive, consistent and comprehensive framework to protect the personal sovereignty of its population.

This is something which my country and my government (Canada) has yet failed to recognize (how about yours?).

Finally, something to ponder given that we all share our thoughts.

The development of international legislation to protect our personal and national sovereignties will force us to consider some of the most basic fundamental questions. Questions we have never had to consider…

The above questions of course not being as easy as it may seem given that we communicate autonomously at the subconscious level.

The relevancy of established paradigms such as IP Protection, Patents and First to Publish now questionable once this technology gives us access to thoughts.

These will be highly contested discussions as every jurisdiction will be impacted, even those without this technology or the resources to acquire or achieve it.

We must be cautious to ensure that our current mindsets do not create overly restrictive legislation and a dangerous precedence in this regard that will be difficult to unseat and thus limiting ourselves and who we are.

If you take the time to consider the above thoroughly you will come to the same conclusion as I that this will impact society in profound ways.

All of this needs to occur before Thought Recording Technology hits mainstream adoption, tor this clearly represents a future path of this type of technology

And thus the importance of definitive proof of Telepathy no matter how achieved.
