Hello everyone,
I am experiencing a critical issue with EMOTIV Launcher. Yesterday, everything was working fine, and I was able to take measurements without any problems. However, today when I tried to open the software, I received a warning stating “Emotiv Launcher will damage your PC”, followed by an unexpected crash (screenshot attached).
Additionally, after logging out, I am unable to access my account from another computer. Since I cannot open the launcher on my current device, my project is at risk of being delayed.
I am using macOS Ventura as my operating system.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue, and is there a known fix for this? I would appreciate any help or guidance.
