Hello, I am currently using EmotivPRO as a User invited to a Standard Team.
However, I’m experiencing the following issue in the Emotiv Pro Analyzer

Upgrade from your PRO Lite license to process your data and generate insight reports.
This seems to be related to the problem that occurs when integrating with PsychoPy, which I inquired about earlier. Is there a solution available?
“Hi, I’m currently using the Emotiv Standard License, which is about to expire soon. I need to confirm whether the Standard License still includes LSL interface support, or if I should consider upgrading to a different plan like Standard Team or Performance. I really need the LSL interface, but I haven’t received a response from Emotiv support yet, and I’m a bit confused about which license to purchase. Could you help me out?”
Could you provide a screenshot of the error?
Clarification: I am not Emotiv support, I am just a user and I was interested in your post.
I’m also planning to purchase a license and would like to avoid the same problem/error.
