I’m a PhD student and I need to use a 256 sampling rate on Emotiv Pro with the Emotiv EPOC Flex to measure ERPs. But I don’t manage to change from 128 to 256 Hz. After connecting with the control box thanks to the dongle, when I go to Device settings I am told to “connect the headset using a cable to change device settings”. But when I use the USB cable plugged to the control box, the connection between Emotiv Pro and the box is lost. I wonder if there is a configuration that make it consider the cable either as a recharger or a connector. How can I be able to change the sampling rate, please ?
